HiveDiy: How to cut, measure and sew an Hilux car seat (final achievement/completion)

Greetings great people of #hivediy community and members, happy weekend. How are you all doing and planning to enjoy this weekend, hope is cool. I am very happy to share a post here with you guys which is all about the completion of my last project i share here on Monday.

Has i promise, I will share with you guys once i complete the project and glory be to God, it is done.
Here is the photo

How do you see the finish work, hope it look neat and new?

Here was the seat before.

Since this is a diy post i will share the step by step i follow to achieve the completion of this project. This something i supposed to finish in four days but due to because its not the only thing i am doing. I have other people work to complete.
I have post about how i did the back seat, today i will share with you guys how i did the two front seat.

To begin

First i loose the back seat different from the main seat, so that i can have access to all hidden part of the seat, loose all the side cover too.
Since the both seat are the same, i will use one of the seat to illustrate my steps.

After loosing the seat separate, i then use a measuring tape to measure each pattern of the seat and then write it on it position has seen in the picture below.

I then continue with the already bought material but transferring the measurements, by marking the horizontal and the vertical length, use long ruler to join each of the point.

I then use scissors to cut it out following the line i draw.

I then proceed to achieve the pattern of the seat by placing the cut material on it position and the trace the shape.

After doing this all through to get the working pattern, i then place them on a roof material and gum it together.

I then cut it out and finally the seat pattern is ready.
I then use sewing machine to sew each of the pattern together using the old seat has point of view.

After sewing everything, the new seat cover is now ready.

I then proceed to clip the new sew seat cover to the foam, by following the way it was clip when the hold seat cover was removed. The clipping are done mostly at the center and sides if the seat were you see the pinning down.

After clipping the seat i was able to achieve this seen below.

I clips the man seat too.

After clipping the seat, i then tight back tge seat has before to get the work done.

That is all the steps i follow to get the work done and it actually very simple to do although it is a hard work.
I really thank God that the work has been completed and deliver at the same time to the owner and the owner really appreciate my efforts by adding little cash for me.
He said, He was not expecting the work to be so neat and beautiful and i promise to revisit me anytime he has another work to do.

Thanks guys for your time i hope you love the finish work. I love you all
