Wednesday walk along Vargas Avenue [ENG/ESP]

Greetings friends of the @wednesdaywalk community I hope everyone is having a nice Wednesday walk. You are all welcome to my blog.

This week I went downtown, since my husband nor my daughter could take me in the car to where I was going, I went by public transportation.

The public transportation I took did not go through the center of the city, so I had to stay on Vargas Avenue and from there walk to the church, which is in the center of the city. I walked several blocks to get to the church.

This walk was very profitable because I was distracted and as I went along I saw shopping malls, banks, stores, making the journey more bearable and shorter.

In this walk I also got benches, squares and the Altagracia church that I found so beautiful, I had never seen it in detail from the outside but it is nice, it is gothic, the only thing is that it is a little neglected paint.

Vargas Avenue is one of the oldest avenues of my city and is a road artery that leads to several important places such as the central hospital Antonio Maria Pineda, the mayor's office, the governor's office, the Jumares Theater and other public entities and all the stores and malls located in the center of the city of Barquisimeto.

Caminata de los miércoles por la avenida Vargas

Saludos amigos de a comunidad @wednesdaywalk espero que todos estén pasando un lindo miércoles de caminata. Sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog.

Esta semana fui al centro de la ciudad, como mi esposo ni mi hija me pudieron llevar en el carro al sitio donde iba, me fui en transporte público.

El transporte público que tome no pasaba por el centro de la ciudad, viéndome en la necesidad de quedarme en la avenida Vargas y de ahí caminar hacia la iglesia que está en pleno centro. camine varias cuadras bastantes largas para llegar a la iglesia.

Esta caminata fue muy provechosa porque me distraje ya que a medida que avanzaba vi centros comerciales, bancos, tiendas, haciéndose más llevadero y más corto el trayecto.

En esta caminata también me conseguí bancos, plazas y la iglesia Altagracia que me pareció tan hermosa, nunca me había puesto a detallarla por fuera pero es linda, es gótica, lo único es que está un poco descuidada de pintura.

La avenida Vargas es una de las avenidas más antigua de mi ciudad y es una arteria vial que nos conduce a varios sitios importantes como lo es el hospital central Antonio María Pineda, la alcaldía, la gobernación, el teatro jumares y otros entes públicos y a toda las tiendas y centros comerciales ubicados en el centro de la ciudad de Barquisimeto.
