No one will leave forever, so it's the children of today that will grow to be a leader tomorrow.What we impact in the children today will be what they will also impact in the society when they grow up to become leaders. And to become a leader, then there are procedures for everything.

Parents and society are the ones to make the children leaders of tomorrow, either good leaders or bad leaders. We have both in the society.On the parents' side, they have a lot to teach the children. We all know that parents are the first teachers of their children, as they impart knowledge to them in formal or informal ways.

To make a good leader in the society, these are what the parents should provide for the children.

Discipline is also part of what the parents must teach their children: unlike before, there is discipline in the society; you will hardly see a child that misbehaves. This is because both the society and the parents make sure they give discipline to the children. Given a child, problem-solving will increase their cognitive domain and make them think and be able to solve any kinds of problems when they become a leader. Meanwhile, as a child, they will want to be lazy, but the fact that you force them will make them get used to being disciplined.

Respect: This comes first from the parents before the society. A lot of children are so disrespectful, and this happens at home; most parents refuse to train their children at home. They don't give respect to anyone, even their teachers in school; this makes the society full of children that don't care about respect again. We have seen children in the secondary school that mock their teachers and say negative words to them. This is because they know that the teacher will not beat them and the society will keep quiet.

Unlike before, when the children would do something bad and the parents would deal with them.Society, on the other hand, will have to contribute to the development of a child too, society like the teachers, the peer groups, and so on.

The teachers will give the students a sound education. But the parents need to monitor them to make sure the education is being used in a good way.Moreover, peer groups are also an important thing for a child that wants to become a good leader, as we all know that the importance of good peer groups for a child can not be overemphasized; they will contribute to the development of the children as well. That is why the parents need to make sure that their children are following someone good.
