One Powerful Gladiator Card

When it comes to Gladiator cards, there is one that, in my opinion, is very annoying to face because if I don't defeat it quickly, I'm almost certain that I'll lose the battle and this has happened several times, even in ranked battles.

The card I'm talking about is Katrelba Gobson and if you've been playing Splinterlands for a while then you must know this powerful gladiator card.

In the image above you can see an overview of the Katrelba Gobson card, it is a monster from the Earth deck and the main reason it is a powerful card is because of its abilities and today I will explain how Katrelba Gobson works in battles.

To begin with, we can already see that Katrelba Gobson is a powerful monster because it has a large amount of attack and speed, its life is low but it won't be a problem because during the battle it can become much stronger, now let's move on to the abilities part.

Katrelba Gobson has 5 abilities in total: Bloodlust, Sneak, Double Strike, Snare and Cripple.

• The Bloodlust ability makes Katrelba Gobson gain +1 attack, speed and life whenever she defeats a monster in battle, remembering that she needs to give the final blow to the monster.

• The Sneak ability makes Katrelba Gobson target the opponent's monster that is in the last position. With the Sneak ability, Katrelba Gobson can attack in any position.

• The Double Strike ability makes Katrelba Gobson attack twice per round, believe me, this ability is very annoying, especially when combined with the Bloodlust ability.

• The Snare ability makes Katrelba Gobson remove the Flying ability from the monster she hits with the attack.

• The Cripple ability makes Katrelba Gobson decrease the maximum life of the monster she hits with the attack by -1 each time she attacks.

In my opinion, this set of abilities is very strong and this makes Katrelba Gobson one of the most powerful Gladiator cards in Splinterlands and even when she is at a low level, she is still very useful even in Diamond or Champion league battles.

I recently joined a guild so my Katrelba Gobson is still at level 2 because I get few cards from her by opening Gladius Cases, but even at this level she is still a great choice for me in battles and I can't wait to get her to the maximum level or at least level 4 which is the level at which she starts to get very strong.
