As far as I can tell from X and looking elsewhere it is still halted, but I don't know if that is due to votes needed or security bonds needed.

Oh wait. They seem to be delaying for a vote on raising the TVL cap.

If the cap is raised tonight, then TCY will start tomorrow. If not, they will have to wait at least another 3 days (I think)
