For the love of roselle Soup|| Harvesting Some nutritious Roselle plants for Soup.
Hello Hive
We have just concluded the days work at farm and are already on our way home. Just like Saturday we have equally gone for rice harvest today but on our way back I decided to pluck some roselle for soup.
I feel so tired now that i can hardly write much about today harvest activities but im glad gbat the day is over and we can now go home to get some rest.

My sister Anastasia will not allow me to rest if she doesn't taste groundnut soup with these roselle flowers today.
She grew up learning and loving how to eat this vegetables just like myself. You see the Roselle flowers here, these are the particular part that children love the most, we often pick and them from soup like chicken.

These roselle are the white specie type which we prefer for soup compared to the red specie type which is often used to prepare the delicious hibiscus tea.
All of these vegetables are nutritious and good for our health especially the Roselle tea. Rather than eat too many junks and snacks I prefer to prepare healthy meals of our harvested crops.

We have learnt how to prepare some delicious local delicacies one of which I will share the recipe with our hivefood community. I'm sure that there are people here who have never tasted groundnut soup before or someone out there wondering how we would use peanuts to cook soup.
Watch out for my local food episodes and you will see how those recipe will be prepared.
