Are all men corrupt? Politics is a dirty game. And some of the lies I have ever heard

I grew up with so much contempt for politicians in my country. The blame was shifted on them as being the primary agents causing the hunger and starvation in the land. It made me feel and believe that all politicians are corrupt until my eyes was opened to the politics of the world and development going on in other places.

Looking at how the system is working so well in those developed countries compared to the gridlock in growth being experienced in the developing and underdeveloped world, I tend to wonder where and what the differences could be.

How long did it take for America or Canada or Russia or even China to build their country and how long will it take for Nigeria to build her own country. If the number of years these foreign countries utilized to build their countries is allocated to Nigeria will they be able to achieve thesame result of something close to it at least?

The people are meant to develop their lands and everyone is responsible for the growth of his/her country. Knowing fully well that the resources may not be evenly distributed but management is a key that fertilizes growth in any location. With this I can say that we must have had the worst set of managers handling the country year in, year out. Right from my childhood I keep hearing that politics is a dirty game and that even the saints of God can get corrupted once they enter into politics.

Could this be true, or is it a complete lie that politics is indeed a dirty game? And will I get greedy, corrupt, and lose myself if I go into the Nigerian politics today

During the last election in Nigeria we had A Roman Catholic priest emerge as the winner of the governorship candidate of My state.

Now that a Priest of God is both a politician and a governor can I call him corrupt, is the priest now corrupt and can we measure out his dealings if they are diligent and accountable. Will this priest work religiously and bring about the change needed in the state. Too many questions with no answer and it's quite a pity they we cannot read human minds to determine who is pure and genuine.

I really envy the countries where their system is working well and while everyone is calling politicians as corrupt people they have managed to get diligent men who have paid the sacrifice to develop their countries. The countries may have some corrupt leaders but certainly if all men are corrupt they wouldn't have experience such growth as they have now. There is law guiding these countries and due diligence from both leaders and country men makes life bearable for everyone. Politics may not be a dirty game after all and we still do have leaders with the mind of the people.

Comparing the development rate within the country it is very noticeable that some states are developing faster than the other I have been privileged to visit some states and can testify to this as a known fact. Some governors are trying while others are giving us a negative impression of politics.

Is Politics outrightly a dirty game?

Are all men corrupt

Will I become corrupt if I am giving a position of authority in politics today

Are all these lies or we have a few exceptions to prove that we have been lied to?

On this matter I rather chose to stand in the edge of the clip

And keep a good faith in God that he will lead me to live right and do the right things at all times.
