A Sad Day for Our Sick animal, treatment process and proper Care for Farm animals

A pleasant morning to my friends onchain. Its another beautiful day to rise and shine and I am just lazily getting out of bed. I had the most stressful evening couple with a heavy downpour that made me cold
)
We were all out yesterday for this sick little one that got us all worried. A very friendly neighbors goat that has turned out to become almost a family member. Its so beautiful to see how people raise these domestic animals that they become like family. These animals listen and behaves almost like humans. All the goats here are called by their names and have been the most gentle family members I have seen.

In less than 48hrs ago it was noticed that this pregnant she goat was sick and we hated to get a Veterinary doctor. Before the doctor could arrive my late mother has often taught us to administer palm oil to sick goats orally as the first aid for any poisoning and indigestion.
The vet doctor arrived towards the evening time yesterday and by then the goats neck was already stuffing, after a cross examination it was noticed that she suffered from meningitis.

The stiff neck and symptoms of meningitis in farm animals
It was my very first time getting to learn that a goat can also suffer from meningitis a human sickness.
We have checked out all her body for any possible cut that may have been the reason for the sickness but none was found.

In less than 48hrs this she got has caught a meningitis disease, began to show every symptom of it before she finally broke down completely not being able to eat or do anything.

We asked the Vet Doctor of her chances of survival and even though he wasn't so sure he went ahead and gave her some antibiotics and every other useful injections. We are all hoping that the stuff neck will turn back to normal and the disease will clear out from her system so that she can live again.

A cross examination of our farm animals is very important from time to time, we can decided to check their bodies for cuts, wounds or any possible entry of this kind of meningitis or even Tetanus diseases. There are equally some preventive antibiotics, ant-worms and control drugs that can be giving to farm animals from time to time if we are into this kind of domestic animals rearing.
Farm animals are important to us especially if we are into food farming. One can use these animal droppings as fertilizer in the farm while using every of our food waste/by products to feed these animals. It is one of the perfect and profitable farming methods and ensured that almost nothing goes to waste.
