Bird Hunting

Hello Photography Lovers
Hope you are well wherever you are.
Today we have had a lot of rain here, the sky is very cloudy. It seems that there will be a lot of rain again.
Before the rain, I went out to photograph birds, the birds had fled somewhere. Some birds were near their homes.
Birds can understand the weather like the weather office. They even know the earthquake forecast. People still do not know the earthquake forecast. Such technology has not been invented yet. But birds get scared just before the earthquake and try to fly away in flocks.
This is actually their defense strategy and the identity of the intelligence of birds.
Anyway, today I want to share some bird photos with you, I hope you enjoy

Common iora bird

The bird is green on the top, yellow on the bottom and the end of the wings and tail are black and the end of the tail is white on the black. The bird is very beautiful. South and West Asia is the habitat of this bird, I found it in South Asia, because I live here. However, the number of this bird is very small here. The birds live by eating insects and when I was observing it, it was moving quickly from one branch to another and the branches were very high.

Javan Moyna bird

The Javan Myna bird lives in our country in more numbers than other birds. The bird is calm and timid. The elegant color of this bird attracts me. I see the bird eating seeds and also eating abandoned rice. The main food of the bird is insects, but it flocks to the locality to eat seeds. The bird is more often seen in 10-15 feet trees, apart from that, it is also seen searching for food on the ground. My uncle has a sweet shop, the bird also flocks there.

Kingfisher bird

There is a river in our area and three or four houses away from my house, many fish live in the river. When I go there, I see the kingfisher bird on a bamboo pole of the fishermen. This photo was taken from a long distance and the bird was very large. This bird sits on bamboo like this and hunts for fish when they float on the water. This bird is very clever and timid.

Red-vented Bulbul

Our neighbor has two fruit trees side by side, both of which are bearing fruit. One is a kamaranga fruit and the other is a papaya fruit. The Red-vented Bulbul bird occasionally comes to these trees to eat the fruit and destroys many of the fruits by eating them. In the photo, the bird is probably eating the fruit on a kamaranga tree, I saw the red part of it when I took the photo.

Black Drongo

"Black is better", this is a common saying in society. This bird is very black, but the bird is a fighter. It occasionally attacks birds smaller than this bird and many people notice it

Blue-throated barbet

Although the bird is green, its throat is blue, so the bird is named Blue-throated barbet. This bird has the ability to burrow in trees and it lives in burrows. This bird chooses dead trees to burrow. The birds are more commonly seen in areas where there are a lot of dead trees. The main food of the bird is fruit, I have seen this bird eating fruit with my own eyes. I was introduced to this bird this year.

Spotted Dove

The main food of the Spotted Dove bird is food grains. The bird came and sat on our neighbor's tin shed. I took the photo from a distance. This bird has numerous white beautiful spots on its neck and wings, for these spots this bird has been named Spotted Dove. It is a pigeon-like bird and is friendly with pigeons

Oriental Magpie Robin

Our country's national bird Oriental Magpie Robin is probably hunting and eating insects, insects are the main food of this bird. The bird is harmless and not timid. I took the photo while the bird was eating, but probably the bird felt disturbed but did not run away after seeing me. This bird is very common in our country, but its numbers are decreasing day by day because of climate change and high levels of carbon dioxide in the air. However, it is good that no one hunts this bird, so although humans are not directly enemies of this bird, humans are indirectly harming this bird.

very nice bird photos.
but please don't believe the oriental magpie robin is threatened by high carbon dioxide levels. that is simply not true. there are likely less birds where there is a lot of air and water pollution from smoke and industry and where people cut down so many trees but that is a different problem. carbon dioxide levels are measured in parts per million and have increased significantly but the two main reasons for bird populations decreasing generally are loss of habitat (nesting places and food) and competition from other invasive or introduced bird species

You are right, but many birds are decreasing, which were abundant 20-30 years ago. I used to see a lot of Vultures when I was young, but I haven't seen them for many years now. There must be a reason for the decline in the number of birds. Thank you.
