A Rice Harvesting Machine: Photography
Hello Photography Lovers Hope you are well wherever you are I am also well and a little relaxed. Paddy harvesting is an important and main job of a farmer. It is very difficult. No matter how difficult it is, farmers do this job with joy. Growing food is not an easy job and after growing food, it is even more difficult to bring it home. However, some modern machines have made this job easier, but it is still difficult. There are some of the most modern machines for harvesting paddy which have not reached here yet. So paddy is still threshed using some old techniques. Here, paddy is harvested using a rotating drum. Which is highlighted in the photos below..
Here you can see two farmers who are holding the paddy sheaf on a rotating drum. Some pins are attached to this rotating drum in a curved manner which rub against the paddy and help the paddy to fall.
In this photo, the paddy is seen falling and then accumulating in front. This is a very simple invention of local people.
Here I see a Chinese machine which uses diesel as fuel and is started manually. This machine is cheap in price and very popular. The power of this machine is 6 horsepower. This small machine is enough for harvesting paddy.
The drum with pins is rotating very fast, here the pins are showing.
After threshing the rice, there is a lot of dirt with the rice, this dirt has to be blown away by the air. The farmers clean the rice by running this fan with this Chinese machine.
This tool is very effective for cleaning the chaff with the rice
See how the chaff of the rice gets stuck with this tool.
Since the oil tank of the machine is damaged, they are using this bottle as a tank. What a practical strategy! Isn't it?
Power is being transferred to the drum with pins by the belt.
The dirt with the rice, this is the problem of this machine.
These are gold, rice that looks like gold. This is our main food.
Take a closer look at rice threshing from another angle.
Now, as I was leaving this place, I couldn't talk to them because they were very busy. When I was leaving, I thought I should take a bigger picture. So I took this picture. I hope you understand the working of the rice threshing machine. And if you do, then this post of mine is worthwhile.
We don't plant rice here, no conditions, but the machine is interesting.
