I haven't done that in decades but I was talking about it recently to a friend and advised them that it's better than any therapy.

Yeah, screaming into a tree definitely works! I learned it from my wife, @nathalie-s. It works even better if you take a tree in the middle of a forest. Because then, when you're finished screaming, and that part of your therapy is done, you get an extra therapy session by relaxing and getting your feet back on the ground by walking in the forest! ;-)
