Zapfic50: Extreme

Since the beginning of the year, the weather condition hasn't been favourable. Just last night, it was predicted that there will be an extreme degree of cold as from tomorrow.

So to safeguard the children, schools were ordered to shut down for awhile so that they won't be in danger.
