Let Magic Do The Rescue

I'm one of those that love positive imaginations and confessions, I don't usually imagine myself being in a terrible situation, but both good and evil happens in life and it's only the Divine that knows it all. Daily as we live we keep praying for the Almighty's protection but sometimes evil things happens and it takes God's grace for one to survive it.

So what if something dangerous happens to me, where I will be needing urgent rescue and I can only call one functional character to come for my rescue, who would it be?

As someone who isn't familiarised with fictional characters like that, I'm someone who doesn't like villains or horror movies but prefers watching adventures and love dramas once in a while then I think the only fictional characters I would call unto would be Merlin.

I vividly remember sometimes ago when someone shared a true life story with me of how powerful a man was in their village years back. He was a magician who uses his power for securing people's life and properties. People loved the man and also gift him a lot because he used his power for the good of his people.

No one dares to steal or cause harm to others in that village because the magician would definitely use his power to bring out the offender even if the person doesn't live close by, his power will draw the person back to where he had performed his atrocities.

So I definitely believe rescue will come, once I'm kidnapped and if Merlin is in the picture then with his magic and mystic power will surely secure my rescue.

With Merlin's magical power he doesn't need to think too much of where I am, all he needs to do is to sense it in his spirit and I also call out unto him for help, I know he will definitely locate and rescue me as soon as possible.

Though he is not good at combat because he is not a warrior, but he can use his magical power to attract anything created by nature and use it as a weapon to fight his enemies.

If my kidnappers acknowledge his presence first and want to attack him, he can use his mystic eyes to fix them at a spot or cause a thing to tie them up and fling them to anywhere or cause a thing to fall on them then rescue me.

He can also decide to rescue me without causing injury to my kidnappers. So if he decides to rescue me silently without the prior knowledge of my kidnappers, he can enchant them by the use of sleeping spells, magicians has different kinds of spells for different occasions.

Once he cast the sleeping spells on those that he met on the way to where I'm kept, immediately all of them will fall asleep effortlessly and my rescue would be so swift without anyone's hiderance at all, a perfect solution once and for all without noise! 😄

Therefore, the only fictional character I can possibly think of is Merlin for my rescue.
