180LOH; Thrift Shopping

I wonder how people find it convenient to sleep at night whenever they spend exorbitantly on some items like cars, clothes, shoes, jewelry etc. As a minimalist, if I mistakenly spend any amount of money without prior planning, I will be so mad at myself that it will cause me sleepless nights🤣🤣.

I'm a person that lives on a budget, I cut my clothes according to my size so that's one of the reasons I patronize thrift shops, just to live on budget and also look nice in my own little way.

Thrift shopping is very economical and I find pleasure in checking thrift stores more often, I even have contacts of thrift vendors on my phone so as to be alerted whenever any of them restocked.

Though it is very challenging and stressful when one searches for what to buy in thrift stores. But as for me, I find joy in the search and my siblings has named me Master of thrift because I don't go wrong in my selections at all.

Most times I'm always lucky with the clothes I picked, they are sometimes out of stock which are very neat and durable. There is also uniqueness in thrift shopping, rarely will you see someone else wear the same type of cloth with you, not like in new clothes that are being sold in boutique where there will be mass production of a particular style for both young and old.

Thrift clothes are unique and rare to come by that's why whenever I visit any, I'm not always in hurry, I take my time to find perfect things for myself.

One day, as I passed by a roadside thrift vendor who sells footwear, I decided to check the guys stocks to see if I will be lucky to see a nice black footwear that I needed for a rally at work. As I checked through, my eyes landed on one black footwear and when I wear it, it was as if the footwear was made for me.

I have worn this footwear on numerous occasions and the fit is second to none. Even though it very cheap when compared to brand new one, but it's always beautiful on me, I still have it till now and it hasn't worn out at all.
