Snakes by Paper

Hey everyone. I am here again with a new post. As I always say A new Sunday and a new Creativity. So as in my previous creative posts, I make many different things. And this time I made a 3D snake with paper. And it was looking so unique and cute. Even I was not scared of a snake. So I hope you will also like it.

Process

As we know snake is always lengthy. So to cover its length, I have to use a big chain of sheets. So I took a whole sheet. And then I cut them into proper long strips. You can see this in the pictures and videos. And I make two snakes. But in the procedure, I am uploading pictures of one snake 🐍. Because it was the same process.

After dividing the sheet into strips. I take two strips and fix their end sides with the help of glue.

After joining the ends. I started to make a chain. I wrapped the strips upside down again and again. I use right to left and toft go right side. You can see in the video. So it was the result of a a single strip.

When the first round was completed. I picked up again two strips. And then joined with the ends of the chain. Ao I can make a long chain easily.

These were a total of 8 strips. And I have to clether r rounds. So after 2 rounds, I repeat the same process for the the remaining two rounds. Here is the full chain.

Now my body was ready. So I started to make its face. For it, I cut an oval-shaped green face. And then make eyes on it with a white sheet and black pointer.

Now final steps. I attached the face with the body. I took a red sheet. And that a tongue of the snake. As we know snake tongue is double-sided. So here was the final look.

I repeated the same process for the second snake. And here are the results.
