Gasteracantha hasselti
Hello everyone, how are you all today? I hope we're all healthy and able to continue our activities smoothly.
On Saturday, July 10, 2025, I'd like to share some interesting images of a type of insect: a spider on its web. Some people here also refer to spider webs as spider silk. Spiders are a diverse species, each with its own unique beauty. The spider I've shown in the image below is one of the many species found in forests.
When I saw this spider, I saw it on its web, or silk thread, which serves as its nest. The silk thread allows spiders to prey on smaller animals. I've also often seen smaller animals trapped in spider webs, and once trapped, the spider can then prey on them.
Alright, everyone. Those are some of the images I can show you today. I hope these images entertain you all and create beautiful images for us all. Thank you to all my friends who have given me the encouragement and opportunity, and I'll see you again in my next post.
