DIY DELIGHT ; DESIGNING MY READING TABLE WITH A COLORFUL PEN HOLDER

Good evening beautiful talented people of @diyhub community, it's a great privilege for me to write in this community, I'm always happy.

Since I came back from holiday, school stress has taken all my time, going up and down just to make sure I am in class, but today I intentionally took a day off to rest and in the course of my resting, if of course I had a boring day and I wanted to Craft something new.

I discovered that my pens, pencils, rulers, infact my school stuffs and those small materials were always missing, so I came up with the idea of crafting out a penholder to beautify my reading table.

MATERIAL USED

Carton
Cardboards
Ruler
Gum
Scissors✂️
Rubber bottles
Pencil
Teddy

I started by drawing my circle so that I can carve it out to give me my desired shape.

I wasn't going to use the front of the carton to desire my pen holder, I needed something bright and shinning since my room is already full with dimed colours already.
I poured gun so that I can gum my desired cardboard colour on it.

I succeeded in covering my carton with my desired colour of cardboard and I pieces my cardboard in other to easily bend my cardboard on the carton without it folding. It came out nice though.

Here is my already prepared cardboard that I used in wrapping my rubbers for beautification.

I wanted one of the rubber to be longer than the other, I didn't want the same size and length. I got my bottles and cut off the mouth and make sure it was balance.

This is how I ended up using my already prepared cardboard to wrap my bottles...

That was the inside look of it, it was looking like I should stop at this point because I was already tired, but nevertheless, I wanted to see the outcome of this pen holder.

I succeeded in joining my two bottles together and I placed it on my carton and yeah!!! This was the outcome.

Going forward, I discovered it won't be nice of I leave my pen holder plain without beautifying it for easy attraction...

I carved out my cardboard and played with it and boom!!! I had something here, though I am not really good when it comes to drawing, though it wasn't my desired shape oOoOO, but it came out in it desired shape.

And look what we have here,I prepared everything I wanted to use to decorate my pen holder st once to lessen my work load and so that I will be fast... I wasn't sure of were I will place all of this OOO... But I knew it will make sense

This was what I got, though I wasn't still satisfied, I wanted something attractive, I wanted to attach a lot of things to it.

I decided to go for eyes and nose, but I didn't have black cardboard, but I had black pencil eyeliner.. I decided to go for the available and trust me, it was beautiful.

Look at this beauri, the outcome of everything is mad oOoOO.
I couldn't wait to place it on my reading table, it is beautiful to behold, and I love it too..

And of course, I love teddies, be it small or large, so I didn't hesitate to fix it somewhere in my pen holder and yes... My pen holder is ready for consumption 😁.
