BEYOND MATERIAL THINGS ; WHAT COMPLETES YOUR LIFE'S PUZZLE? / LOH // WEEK 205

Good morning beautiful ladies of hive and welcome to a new month... Happy new month to all the women here, it's another privilege to be here again.

Today, I will be talking on 1 contest topic that captured my heart and I will write on it.

Maybe you would start by listing material things, but think with your heart and really become aware: Do you have the life you want to have? What are you still missing?

This particular topic needs critical thinking... If you can look through and search your heart well, something will be left out... But for me aside material things which is very expedient and essential in our today's world, I still have a lot of things missing... To mention but few, things like; *emotional aspects which includes relationships,deep connection, purpose, financial security and health.

To be sincere I sometimes feel like I have the life I always wanted like.... Good home,roof over my head which is shelter, clothings, love, peaceful life, education... But then sometimes it feels like all this are not enough and alot of things are still missing....let me start with deep connection....

Deep connection
I lie not I yern for good deep relationships, relationships that has meaning, the type that will help me fulfil my purpose and also rise to the top. Sometimes I feel good relationship is lacking in my life.
Don't get me wrong, I have established good relationship with my people but I yern for more good ones...

Purpose
Majority of the times, anytime I sit down to reflect on my life, I always discover that I am always seeking for a stronger sense of purpose and also direction in life... I'm always moved to pray everyday to know my purpose in life because I don't want to leave this world without fulfilling the purpose I can to this world....

Growth
Ómór... Growth is missing in my life, not just anyhow growth but personal growth.... I really want to grow beyond the level I am now, but everytime I try to do something meaningful for myself, procrastination and laziness comes in and that is how i will Miss it...
I really want to learn new things, achieve alot of things through the help of God....

A good work balance life
Though I am a student now, but that doesn't mean I don't have the right to thing about work... Searching my life, I'm always very scared that after school I might not see a good paying job to take up....and even if I do, the ability to balance my work and give myself time for self care and leisure is very important.

Financial stability/security
In all of this reflection on the things missing, material things is also missing especially money...
Ómór, with the way the economy of my country is going even though I know am not of this world, money is important, essential, expedient, money is what will get me those materials things I need....

One thing I know for sure is that, right now, I might not have all the things I desire to have now, I might not be living my best life now, one thing I know for sure is that, I am working towards a life that will go along with my goals, values and aspirations in life. I want to build my life to a standard that I can be proud of the growth in me.... The best is yet to be seen...
