Weaselhead Area Calgary Alberta

The Weaselhead area is a natural spot on the other side of the Gelnmore reservoir. I has winding streams which are part of what feeds into the reservoir but also is a great spot that is almost like bieng out of the city without really leaving. Ive only been here a couple of times and really wnat to spend more time around this spot as I hear is great for wildlife sightings. The streams and rivers atract a wide range of animals and their are not any nearbuy roadways to scare any wildlife away. These landscapes are from a visit just before sunset, I had jsut enough light to get some shots in before it would be very dark as there is only natural light and no lamps of any kind can be seen until about a 20 minute hike out to the parking lot.
