Seagull on the Grass

Olympic Plaza in downtown Calgary was a great gathering place in the heart of the city. People and birds together in a public plaza; the water is what attracted the seagulls here, im sure. Also, people would eat their lunch, and I'm sure between seagulls and pigeons, every bird was well fed. These birds seem to be pretty accustomed to humans, and now it is all gone. The plaza itself has been torn up for a new project, and I am hoping a new plaza will be coming where birds and humans can once again congregate and enjoy each other's company.
