Monomad: Snow Covered Mountains

There is something fresh and cool about seeing a fresh sheet of snow covering the landscape. In the mountains I think this feeling is even more amplified and it gives me an added sense of awe when I look at these high peaks covered in a blanket of winter. These mountains are part of the rockies and are in Banff Alberta Canada, right in the heart of it all. For the most part I have only been here in the spring and summer so I found the view during the winter to be quite a treat, something I had only seen in pictures before this moment in time.
