This little robin appeared to be a juvenile one. It was fairly small; maybe it hasn't eaten as much as some of the others I have seen around. I enjoyed watching its movements. The bird would look around for a bit, then make a little sprint only to pause and look around, observing again. I watched for a while as it did this; I was expecting that the robin would start looking for worms, but it didn't seem to even be trying like many of the others that I see when they are on the ground like this.
