Monomad: Macro Insects

Macro photography of insects in black and white gives me that 50s sci-fi vibe. Maybe I watched too many movies about giant ants and bugs that it now captivates me to see them this way. I feel like the bugs stand out a little bit more; they feel like they are the stars of the frame in monochrome. I also tend to notice more of their little details this way, which might help give me a different perspective on doing macro with insects.
