Macro Spider in a Web

This spider was in the act of spinning its web, which was really neat to observe. It very dutifully kept working, the inherent skills very apparent. I could tell this spider has done this many times before, likely getting better and better as time goes on. The little white blob near its front legs is actually part of this webbing, and it was fascinated to watch the way the spider would use its legs to knit and shape this web.
