Landscapes West Towards the Rockies

This view is looking to the west of Calgary, where the Rocky Mountains start to tower over the landscape. It is also near where Canada Olympic Park is located, which is a legacy from when Calgary hosted the 1988 Winter Games. The ski jumps and bobsleigh track are still present. The western part of the city is where it gets really hilly, and everything has a bit of an alpine look to it with the pine and fir trees.
