Lake Louise Miniature Effect

The miniature effect is something used to make parts of the shot seem like they are miniature. It involves blurring part of the image so that certain parts are sharp and more prominent. I was attempting that effect with some software I have and found some interesting views and results. With how large these mountains are at Lake Louise, I thought it would be interesting to see if I could create this look.
