Alberta Badlands Horseshoe Canyon

I could star at these hills for hours and hours, the badlands fascinate me and have this look that is from another era of time. Its where many fossils have been found and spots like this have really helped us uncover the mysteries of the earths history. The badlands give us a glimpse of what things looked like millions of years ago. The many layers were carved out, but glacial melt after the last ice age carved out the deep canyons and left a slice of these layers open for all to see.
