Some of the most detailed and dynamic shots in nature are of the very small creatures that we often give little notice to. Macro photography is a great way to bring these fascinating subjects to the forefront, and in most places, weather permitting, one doesn't have to wander to far to find them. When I first started shooting macro, I couldn't afford an expensive macro lens, so I used extension tubes on an inexpensive 50mm portrait lens. This allowed me to get really close and get the little details that I wanted to capture. As time went on, I enjoyed it so much that I found that even though a better lens would cost much more, it would be well worth it. As I was getting so much out of this hobby, I wanted to go further with it. The key for me was that it can be easy to get caught up in wanting the best equipment, but it was just as important to know I would be making full use of it instead of just trying to acquire more gear I placed my focus on spending where it made sense.

I love macro photography very much, it allows us to see details that we usually ignore or overlook.

When it comes to nature I love it even more. What beautiful and excellent close-up shots of these birds.

Thanks for sharing them with us, best regards my friend.
