It's sad to see that; men experience things we don't talk about, burdens we carry, but also, when we show our weakness, we're seen as weak, incapable of protecting. The first thing that should change is how people perceive us when we show these weaknesses.

You have said it all, maybe if people don't see showing weaknesses as weakness, we will have more men opening up instead of keeping things locked up.
