Last weekend walk
"No preamble today" — none
The weather last Saturday was charming. I decided to walk around the historical center of the city. The music got my attention. A huge crowd of people stood at the pavilions and the stage. I saw an advertising poster, the inscription on which said that there was a cheese festival in the city
I spent some time at the stage. I liked one folk group. They were playing some new unknown song, reminiscent of American country music. The guys played well...
Then I decided to walk along the tents with the products of the farmers.
In one of the tents I noticed a goblet. The inscription said that this manufacturer received the Grand Prix. I asked a couple of questions about the production technology, which gave great pleasure to the owners of the tent. They were happy to tell me about the production of cheese.
Probably my questions were really pleasant to the interlocutors, they began to offer me to taste their cheeses. I am a small cheese lover, but I could not refuse my interlocutors and tried several varieties.
Most of all I liked cheese with truffles in one of the tents. It is difficult to describe the taste, I will only note that this cheese has a bright spicy taste. It's pretty unusual...
We didn't plan to spend money, but as usual, tastings are usually followed by purchases. That's what happened this time as well. We bought 4 types of cheese by spending some money

Клевое репортажное фото вышло. И вообще, отличный отчет. Я прям обзавидовался от фестиваля... ну понятное дело что это просто выездная ярмарка-продажа, дегустировать на халяву небось никто не давал? во всяком случае, можно ходить и радоваться успехам импортозамещения, хотя бы в этом. Попробовал забустить твой пост, во всяком случае следующие сутки будет крутиться-показываться.

Кстати, халявы было нормально... я пообедал там, правда только сырами и копченым мясом. Жаль вина не было
С импортозамещением не всё так однозначно, к сожалению :-(

It sounds like you had a great time at the cheese festival! I'm glad you got to try some delicious cheeses, especially the one with truffles. It sounds like it was a unique and flavorful experience.

thats a market I would love to explore, knowing my wife she would stay listening to the music for a long while before going and check out all the items on sale
