Que bien se siente estar nuevamente en esta hermosa ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:  para compartir con todos como han sido estos días de búsqueda de hongos


It feels so good to be back in this beautiful ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨: to share with everyone how these days of mushroom hunting have been

Cuando vemos que se acercan los días para publicar sobre los hongos con mis abuelos nos ponemos en movimiento, si bien siempre estamos yendo al predio, no siempre estamos en búsqueda de hongos, por lo general vamos hasta allí por su ¨indicación¨¨medica¨ de caminar a diario. Lo cierto es que en esta búsqueda dimos con unos hongos realmente pequeños pero muy hermosos se trata de los hongos conocido con el nombre ¨Schizophyllum¨ ¨commune¨: 


When we see that the days are approaching to publish about mushrooms with my grandparents we get moving, although we are always going to the property, we are not always in search of mushrooms, usually we go there by their "medical" indication to walk daily. The truth is that in this search we found some really small but very beautiful mushrooms, these are the mushrooms known as ¨Schizophyllum¨ ¨commune¨:

La segunda especie de hongos que encontramos seguramente los recordaran, ya que son de esos que los encontramos con mucha frecuencia; claro que estoy hablando de los ¨Auricularia¨¨auricula-judae¨:  un hongo muy popular en gran parte del mundo, apreciado en la cocina de grandes ¨cocineros¨ de ¨renombre¨, aunque quizás estos no les llamen mucho su atención porque honestamente no se ven muy bien


The second species of mushrooms that we found will surely be remembered, since they are the ones that we find very frequently; Of course I'm talking about the ¨Auricularia¨¨auricula-judae¨:  a very popular mushroom in much of the world, appreciated in the cuisine of great "renowned" "chefs", although perhaps these don't attract much of your attention because honestly they don't look very good

Cuando descubrimos la tercera especie salte de la alegría, ya que son de esos hongos absolutamente muy extraño y difícil de encontrar al menos en mi ciudad; se trata de los hongos conocidos con el nombre de ¨Daldinia¨ ¨concéntrica¨: aunque por su apariencia les cueste creer, estos hongos son comestibles y si dan con ellos deberían preparar una recetas con ellos


When we discovered the third species I jumped for joy, since they are one of those mushrooms that are absolutely very strange and difficult to find, at least in my city; These are the fungi known as Daldinia concentrica: although their appearance may make it hard to believe, these fungi are edible and if you find them you should prepare a recipe with them

It's true, mushroom hunting on the property this week has been great. We found some very beautiful species.
