What a joy to be again in this beautiful ¨Feel¨-¨Good¨-¨Community¨: To accompany the Lord @untilwelearn in their brilliant "Phone"-"Photography"-"Contest": This is one of the initiatives I participate in every week, because the photos in my posts are mostly taken with my grandmother's phone, which is the only requirement to enter the contest.
La ventaja de vivir en una ciudad relativamente pequeña como la nuestra, es que todos los compromisos que tengas lo tienes que hacer en la zona céntrica, por lo tanto, todo te queda cerca y puedes combinar diversas actividades
The advantage of living in a relatively small city like ours is that all your commitments have to be in the city center, so everything is close by and you can combine different activities.
Es lo que hacemos cuando visitamos el microcentro para los compromisos de mi abuelo, además de asistir a sus citas, aprovechamos para hacer otras actividades que hacemos al visitar las calles céntricas
This is what we do when we visit the city center for my grandfather's appointments. Besides attending his meetings, we take advantage of the opportunity to do other activities we enjoy while visiting the downtown streets.
Sin olvidar mencionar nuestras caminatas fotográficas que vamos haciendo con mi abuela cuando vemos algo interesante, como esta bella planta que encontramos en el frente del ¨geriátrico¨ que ornamenta un pequeño jardín que se encuentra en el ingreso del establecimiento
Not forgetting to mention our photographic walks that my grandmother and I take when we see something interesting, like this beautiful plant we found in front of the nursing home, which adorns a small garden at the entrance of the establishment.
Esta es una planta muy conocida en muchas partes del mundo, aunque no es muy común que la veamos por aquí, se llama ¨ave-del-paraíso¨: y como ven tiene un flor peculiar y muy colorida. Ha sido genial que mi abuela lo fotografiara con su ¨telefono¨-¨ móvil¨: y es con la fotografía que voy a participar del concurso
This is a very well-known plant in many parts of the world, although it's not very common to see it here. It's called "bird-of-paradise": and as you can see, it has a peculiar and very colorful flower. It was great that my grandmother photographed it with her "phone"-"mobile": and it's with this photograph that I'm going to participate in the contest.

That flower reminded me of a dear friend who loved it… I remember that many times when I visited her, she had one in a vase. She knew where to get them… maybe someone she knew grew them. I don’t know… I never asked. I’ve noticed that the flower sellers around here don’t usually offer that kind—it’s not very common. She’s no longer with us, but I hope that wherever she is, she’s surrounded by light. I’m sure she is, because she was a good person. In less than a week, two Hive posts have led me to visit her in my memory. Thank you. 🌸

This is a very peculiar plant; it has a colorful and striking flower. It can be found in South America, but it's not one of those plants you'll see everywhere. So far, I've only found it in two places in my city.
You are a very kind person. I'm so sorry that this dear person is no longer with us, and I'm sure they are surrounded by light.
