So, yesterday evening I won my very first BEER TASTING PRIZE. I am not kidding, you can also see it from the photo. The winner - me, receives a vinyl record with beautiful music composed by Antonín Dvořák. The judge, @godfish, but could be called GodBeer, or the God of the Beers, hands out to the winner the prestigious prize. It will be added to the collection of vinyl records of the Hive user who is writing these lines now. _{Hopefully, the vinyl will travel safely across three countries and arrive home in one piece.}

Sitting by the God of the Beers, @honeydue is approving this important event, being the one who chose the prize. She could also feel how happy and proud the judge was, making two people (@ph1102 and myself) with the "we have never liked beer" attitude find a beer that they actually liked. Complete success! (The judge also deserves a prize for this!)

The beer on the left was the first one that @ph1102 got from the judge, and mine was the Maisel's Weissel - alkoholfrei version.

Once in the glass, the tasting stared. The first step was the smell. It was quite pleasant, a banana scent. Then, the next important step I had to do, not to disappoint our God of the Beers - was to have the first sip.

Wow, this beer is actually really tasty! I was surprised by my own reaction as I thought I would never be able to say such a thing. But for a good reason, the judge is the God of this drink; he knew I would like it.

Just in case, I made all the people from this little beer-tasting and awards ceremony sign a napkin before we started drinking our beers. Who knows how our handwriting would be after the drinks? 😂

We also ordered food, which was more than tasty. I started with a traditional goose soup, which was so delicious!

It is not polite to talk while you eat, so now I am going to be quiet and focus on our dinner.

Actually, focus on the food from the photos, because this happened last night in the wonderful city of Prague. How beautiful it is... we walked around all day with tour guides and learned a lot about the city's rich history. To close the day, the evening was perfect in the brewery, with these Hivers, beers, and food.

Later in the evening, we also tried a beer that tasted like coffee. This was a bit strong, but it wasn't an issue when I went to sleep. I slept like a baby after this long and tiring day, but happy with the mini Hive meetup, and happy to see the vinyl collections of @livinguktaiwan, @enraizar, and @bibana! Cheers!
