I can't remember the last time I bought burger patties from the shop. The ingredients list is off putting enough. We actually prefer lamb mince for them in our house as well. Just add salt and pepper.

Lamb mince is wonderful also, but do keep in mind it is slightly more fatty and has a lot more cholesterol. But the meat is sooooo much sweeter!

Just the one, the little one is in kinder. They have been growing up pretty fast. I'm in the same boat just focusing on work and trying to get my business up and running.
