I've heard this phrase before, but never really thought much on it.
we dedicated ourselves to being the most fulfilled and conscious version of ourselves?
I think I like this much better. I've certainly always strove to be a more concious version of myself. If I don't like behaviours I see in others I try to aid them in myself.

Greetings, you are absolutely right. Whenever we identify something negative in someone else, it's only fair that we avoid it ourselves. That is the most sensible thing to do and, furthermore, it preserves the true essence of being human.
