Outstanding Minimalist Blogs in no particular order.

In Tune

✨ Apart from with my family members, I was never an emotionally expressive person. I believed deeply in bottling up, never saying a word, but acting on how I felt, which mostly involved cutting the offending party off without so much as a word in. I was never the one to show negative emotion, and by that I mean anger or spite." @jhymi

Unlearning that expressing feelings is a weakness

✨"It's too easy for me to get complicated when it comes to showing my feelings. For a long time in my life, I spent my time hiding them behind masks of all kinds, which sometimes even showed the opposite of what I wanted to say. I was even ashamed of my hypersensitivity, repressing my emotions as much as possible, and even my tears, so that others wouldn't know that I was super "weak." @jemima1996

Minimalist approach to staying fit

✨"I’m one of those people who believe that keeping fit shouldn’t be extravagant or that going to a gym centre must be the only way. Just like me, sometimes I find myself doing some press-ups in my house before or after bathing. I do it in a way that makes it seem like I have a gym instructor close by, taking counts of the number of press-ups. " @kingsleyy

Clarity That Gives Room For Understanding.

✨"If embracing simplicity has worked for me this far, I have a strong belief that it can work for anyone, too. It started for me at a younger age, and it improved after learning about minimalism. My initial focus was about simplifying my physical space, but minimalism made me realise that there was more I could simplify beyond my physical space." @george-dee

Fitness Tracker - How I Keep A Balanced With My Fitness Routine

✨"The first time I tried to lift a dumbbell was one of the most horrible moments I had with bodybuilding. It was my first time, so I lifted it with all the strength in my body. Thinking I will build all of those muscles overnight." @abdul-qudus

Finding fitness in daily life

✨"My husband always said the gym is overrated, but I think that’s the only place to get the best results for exercising. I always promised myself to hit the gym after childbirth just to secure my shape back, but I still didn’t have the time. I needed to burn some belly fat, and it’s now that I realised that there are so many things I could do to exercise my body without going to the gym." @princess-dara

My Minimal Fitness Routine.

✨"The fear of not being able to lift my body when I get old and even looking older than my age gripped me so much that, every time, I always make a new decision to be consistent with doing exercises. The goal was to look fit and have my flat belly. When I look at my two sisters' flat tummies, I always envy them. They never went expensively to achieve that; they'd lived a simple lifestyle and were involved in simple exercises that made them become that way." @princessbusayo

Sustainable Fitness Means Doing Less Right

✨"Minimalism, rather, compels us to simplify our routines and find meaning in the mundane things, which, when done repeatedly over time, will yield us our goals.

It means to focus on the fundamentals, such as moving our bodies, eating nutritious whole foods, drinking water, and resting when we should. Doing these clarifies the fitness process, removes the guilt that comes with not hitting specific goals, and gives us more control over our plans." @zitalove

LIGHT ON MY BACK

✨"Before minimalist, I cared very little about travelling light. I never, or better put, I hardly sorted my bags. I just put in whatever I felt I’ll need, and sadly, most times I don’t even end up using some of them. It was like that until I started learning and mingling with the minimalist community. A lot of things changed. It’s as if I understood my needs better because I can easily know what I’d need and what I won’t need. " @hopestylist

Fitness – Maximum Profit & Zero Cost.

✨"I used to believe that I needed to go to the gym to be fit. I also had this unnecessary feeling of being left behind if I wasn’t at the gym. I felt like I won’t be able to concentrate or discipline myself into working out on my own. Well, guess what? It’s been six good months of doing it, and now it’s a habit. I can’t even imagine myself in a public gym. I prefer a home gym." @deraaa

Some additional tips

🔸 The community encourages authors to engage and build rapport with other team members by leaving meaningful comments.

🔸 If possible we recommend that authors try to use original photos taken by you. Photos count toward the possibility of your post being curated.

🔸 Just a reminder that the weekly #KISS Blog Ideas is presented with ideas on topics to write about and to help you to structure your blogs, they are not meant to be questionnaires for you to list information and publish.

🔸 The presentation of your blog goes a long way and sharing aspects of your lives and your personal stories and experiences should be a lot more than a list that can be found in various places over the web.

🔸 You do not need to wait or only blog in response to the prompts provided. You're free to share any aspect of your minimalist lifestyle at any time.

Thank you for checking out the #MoreOrLessTheBest Curation Compilation presented by The Minimalist. This is the new official community account, where the weekly #KISS Blog Ideas and all community events and activities will be published.
