The Minimalist community presents It's More or Less the Best, a curation compilation highlighting some outstanding blogs published over the past week.

These selected authors shared their personal stories and views on different aspects of their minimalist lifestyle, giving some insight into what the style of living involves.

This compilation is presented to help shine the spotlight on the selected posts, with the hope that you will take a look at them in case you missed any.

Outstanding Minimalists Blogs in no particular order.

My cargo pants and their comfort

g

✨"This was something that for a long time I normalized, to the point that for me, to go out somewhere with pants was to walk tight and uncomfortable. And honestly I didn't even feel how uncomfortable it was anymore and when I limited myself to for example climbing some very high steps or doing certain kinds of things, for example running, thank goodness I never needed to do it." @jemima1996

An amalgamation that never fails

g

✨"You can wear beautiful heels and a spectacular handbag but if you don't look confident when you walk you lose a lot of style because most of the time it's not so much what you wear but how you wear it, that's why I love to wear comfortable and beautiful outfits to establish a connection between what I wear and my personality and this is an amalgam that never fails." @abisag

#KISS - Making the most of space

f

✨"I think, to some extent, most of us have a tendency to clutter, it's just that some of us keep it at bay, and some of us get carried away with it. I have my place to have ‘clutter’, as is that tray I showed you on my desk. But the rest is generally tidy, due to the fact that we don't have a lot of things, plus the little space and the education we have acquired helps us a lot. We must continue to make the most of space, in our home, in our minds, in our lives." @aaalviarez

Effortless Elegance

s

✨"One of my billion dollar fashion hack as a minimalist is buying versatile clothes in low tone colors which can be dressed up and also dressed down. And that is why the basic things in my closet are a pair of jeans, and a pair of palazzo in nude and black. You can never go wrong with these three. If it’s a formal event, I throw on an office shirt on any of them. A regular hangout? I pair them with a basic top and I’ll be good to go." @abenad

A simple life, a focused and fulfilled life

d

✨"Having a minimalist mentality moves us to limit the excessive use of everything that distracts us from what is important, obviously I have not gotten into a bubble, but I have learned to be aware of what I live, appreciate it and enjoy it to the fullest, learn as much as I can and feel, just feel that for me is too valuable. Simple things like that are actually the deepest and most essential and what really fulfill me." @jemima1996

A PATH UNFOLDING…

d

✨"There was once a time in my life when I struggled with appreciating the things in my life, the people and the numerous blessings. I always felt like I needed one more of this and that before I’d be grateful. Well, all that has changed now. For everything I get, I feel grateful for it because I know that a lot of persons are praying earnestly for something even lesser than what I have been given. I have also learn to appreciate those in my life that has impacted me in one way or another when I get the opportunity and not waiting for a grand gesture or something." @hopestylist

Minimalist rules in my home

d

✨"I have fallen in love with the idea of acquiring only what I need—items I will actively use, rather than things I purchase and leave untouched. In fact, buying unnecessary items makes me feel like I am wasting money. Therefore, my home must adhere to this principle. We should prioritize essential items, ensuring they are useful and add value to the home. Buying things simply because they are trending, only to discard them later without use, is not acceptable." @kingsleyy

A Path To Freedom, Clarity & More.

d

✨"Whenever I tell people that I have lost nothing on this journey of minimalism despite disposing of feelings, emotions, possessions, and even people walking out of my life, they think I am only trying to hide my pain, but that's not the case. I strongly believe that everything I had to part ways with doesn't add value to me, so there has been no regrets." @george-dee

Minimalism Didn't Just Happen—Here's What Led Me to It

d

✨"While some would always remain broke, lamenting about not having money to satisfy themselves, one thing minimalism taught me was to take every opportunity to make sure I enjoy life in my own way. I'm someone who prefers to spend my money to stock food in the house and my mantra has been even if I am broke, there should be food for me to eat every day." @princessbusayo

The beauty of slow mornings in a fast paced life.

d

✨"In these moments, I reflect. Where am I headed? What do I need to improve? What do I truly want? I shut out the world. Phone on airplane mode, no distractions or interruptions. Just me and my thoughts. I always tell myself, Just 30 minutes. But once I start, I get selfish with my peace. Some mornings, an hour passes before I’m ready to return to reality." @ginika

Some additional tips

🔸 The community encourages authors to engage and build rapport with other team members by leaving meaningful comments.

🔸 If possible we recommend that authors try to use original photos taken by you. Photos count toward the possibility of your post being curated.

🔸 Just a reminder that the weekly #KISS Blog Ideas is presented with ideas on topics to write about and to help you to structure your blogs, they are not meant to be questionnaires for you to list information and publish.

🔸 The presentation of your blog goes a long way and sharing aspects of your lives and your personal stories and experiences should be a lot more than a list that can be found in various places over the web.

🔸 You do not need to wait or only blog in response to the prompts provided. You're free to share any aspect of your minimalist lifestyle at any time.

Thank you for checking out the #MoreOrLessTheBest Curation Compilation presented by The Minimalist. This is the new official community account, where the weekly #KISS Blog Ideas and all community events and activities will be published.
I invite you all to get involved and share your stories about minimalism, and perhaps you would like to invite someone.
