Nostalgia

5 years back,
We were in the evening batch, after the coaching, the whole batch would divide into a few groups and spread in different directions towards their home. So our destination would have always been here, yeah, it's an unused pathway, not abandoned. This is a hotspot of rush. Throughout the whole day, it's the most busy and crowded place, the ground portion.

I do still remember, that one or two friends would go and bring 8 to 10 cups together along with other snacks, or sometimes the boy from the stalls would deliver. The fun fact used to be at the time of paying. We knew some of us didn't have money, some might have. We don't calculate anything beforehand, we just do our hangouts and at the end of it, we are like, “The total is this, bring out the money and place it in my hand.” It's not like who has given how much, it's like we got this and we do still need that so open your wallets. Maybe sometimes it would be like most of us are done and we still need more. In those situations, one or two would always be the savior to fill the gaps and pay.

Well, those were fun, we knew the ups and downs the other one might have. Sometimes we would also tease one another but done in the sense of fun, within certain limits. Now that we all have grown up, bills like those are paid with one hand, rather we end up in conflicts to grab the chance to pay. How fast life changes!

So it was a short visit to this place, maybe after a couple of years that I have sat there, but this time I was alone. This is still unused, very few people use this, as they got shortcuts. I was on the ground, looking at this place. But wait, it wasn’t empty when I sat my eyes first, there were some teenagers, just like us. Their chitchats took me back to 2019, memories that I have described above. They walked away and only then did I go there and click this one.

Nostalgia right? Yeah, something like that. But if I start to compare, then it would be a dead end. Life has changed beyond my imagination, I have never thought of a phase like the one I am having now. Yet, grateful for everything, Almighty has never thrown me into anything beyond my capability to tackle. Yeah, day by day the problems are getting bigger and bigger but on the other hand, I am also getting the strength to tackle them.

So yeah, this is it, a short visit to the nostalgic memories. We all have such places that take us back to the golden days, that are lost forever yet alive in our hearts.
