Everyone Is Not the Same

Hope you are doing well.
I just get amazed at how fast time flies away. Can you believe that 10% of 2024 has gone? To me, it feels like that last week we stepped into 2024. Well, the rush I am feeling could be the reason for this. Right now, I am full-time focused on self-development, keep me in your prayers.

I am kinda a stone-hearted person when it comes to dealing with unnecessary emotional dramas, someone else might have acted worse in these situations than I can handle easily. Only a handful of people can hurt me, and can make me emotionally damaged, the number is very very low. The fewer expectations you have from other people, the fewer chances you have for being ignored or hurt.

So the journey I am on right now is a fascinating one. It gets developed by the people who are willing to serve the community to progress. Yeah, it's not a part of the educational system but an open-source place with a scope of self-learning that too free of cost if someone wants to. I think most of the IT skills are like that, it takes strong willpower to master because the internet has tons of great resources served by the ones who are successful now and want to pay back to the community. This is the mindset that I love most, riding the ladder with the help of the community and paying back once we are able to do so for the newcomers to rise.

Not everyone has that mindset, some just think about their own progress only. In the community I have met lots of people, some seniors are too friendly to help with my queries and the fun fact is most of them are completely unknown to me in real life, just online communication. No, let's come to the irony of fate, during a club joining, we had to form teams. I knew someone personally so we formed a team but trust me, that person is super busy with himself. Texts stay unseen, in case of emergencies it gets worse to reach. But the fun fact is that I have better friendships and communication with other team’s member. Someone has helped me way more than I had imagined, he says he is just paying back to the community that he has received in his early days and expects me to do the same. People like him set a positive example that the other gets excited to bear that torch. I don't bother him for anything, I have a habit of ditching people as soon as I can smell ignorance or anything unpleasant, it's better than having conflicts.

I wouldn't have written this, but it bugged me a lot when someone pointed this out. He was like, “Stay in touch with X brother, he is a pro, as we guys know each other in real so it must be more engaging to learn from him.” They think I am getting pro tips from the pro, but in reality, he is just busy with his own businesses and doesn't even participate in the team works together. This bugged me today, and that's why I thought of dumping this ill feeling here.

It is normal to see so many people who are selfish about their interests but thank you for shunning that act. In a community, everyone is supposed to work together as one and that’s how it is supposed to be

Yeah, that's why the communities exist and are built for. Thank you for stopping by.

It’s good to have a network of people around us that help and make our lives better - we just have to also try not to shy or stay away from people who are on the other end of that spectrum. We do need to be exposed to occasionally ones who challenge ourselves and that’s okay. It helps give us perspective!
