I wonder what caused the shortage of fish (or the particular type you wanted)?
It's interesting that the thought of whether they had permission to sell there crossed your mind. I know that's important in the Philippines, which has to do with the competitive vendors.
Sounds like you had a great day out, though, and the muffins look delicious, although I'm not a big chocolate eater.

Oh, there are really days that there's not much fish in the market, especially during rainy days.
Yeah, it's important coz the sellers on the main market might react badly about it. So they might need to ask permission first, if they don't want everything to get messy..
