What the heck! I've never heard the term head cheese, but this looks amazing! I've bookmarked the post to come back to it... I'm knackered and was about to head to bed when I saw this pop up on the cinnccf page.
There's something incredibly delicious and satisfying about peasant foods, and I wish I could taste this through my screen.

It might go by other names but I only know it as head cheese.
It looks like something that would be difficult to make but it's actually pretty easy.
Peasant foods are often the most tasty 😋
