We can not afford to keep a volatile and feeble profile. In that way, we remain arbitrary and ordinary throughout life.

Moss appears on the stone that stands still.

Which implies we gain proficiency in time with a consistent approach.

A domain expert gains expertise in a particular area/domain after spending a considerable amount of time. During that time, he gets exposure to different types of variants, challenges, opportunities, etc. He also gains experience in the empirical side of a particular thing.

So changing jobs, changing the domain too frequently is not going to help. That is where you need the compass of Purpose. Why you stay in a particular domain has an answer in your PURPOSE.

So first define your PURPOSE, then work on your plan, stay consistent, and one day it will consolidate into something useful, and you will become an expert. It's a time-dependent phenomenon for sure, but it requires consistency to trade with time.
