Striking The Balance Between Tenant and landlord
Generally, I have so many observations I have noticed so far, being a tenant and also being a landlord; they both have a major role to play for the survival of he house and a peaceful home. My dad owns a house, and I have studied so many things about him and how he treats tenants. I understand nobody is perfect, but there are some flaws I have noticed in him and the tenants also.

The main reason we need to strike a balance is for peaceful living, as not everything works out perfectly, and some end up being tenants while others are house owners. Being a house owner starts with being a tenant, but some people have found life so easy that they did not even need to rent a house. I have yet to experience such a person because that person will be super-rich.
My journey as a tenant was not so good, i had so many quarrels with my landlady because she was too faustrating, for cleaining the compound, house maintenance bill, Power bill and several others, even with all this i still got to pay house rent 1 month before it expires, i feel so chocked because even my dad wver treated his own tenant that way.

There are some haunted houses in Lagos that people forget to gain experiences about the place from people around, this is one thing I will always remember in everything I am doing, especially when communicating with people or even trying to link up with people. Haunted houses can be dangerous; you can enter with millions and come outside the house with pennies, or some might even go mad or lose their jobs. It's not that something will appear at night or maybe a jinn will appear, but everyone who lives in the house never does good things. I once rented a house like this, and trust me, a lot changed over time that I had to run and leave my other 4 months' money still loading.
The best way I feel to strike a balance between the tenant and landlord is either through the Caretaker or the landlord stating out his house rules before renting the house out to the tenants, and if the tenants are not comfortable with the rule, they will then speak up on their own opinion. I have worked as an agent to a house and also a caretaker to my first school house, lol, I am a real hustler. I always try to create means of earning even when there are no other means of earning at that moment.
Landlord should not extort from tenants more than the miney they are meant to collect, tbere are some greedy landlord jn my country, just because they have built their own house, they will want to take advantage of people and their money, which is really sad, i have once been in the shoe of such experience and trust me, it wasn't funny back then.

Some landlords are just greedy and would extort more than the bargained rent from their tenants, they make life unbearable, too but I have not met such kind of people before and pray not to meet them at all. I don’t like dealing with inconsiderate people.
You wont know, they look innocent at first glance until after your 1 month of renting experience start and your neighbor starts telling you
Living in a house as a tenant is really challenging, though some landlord are really good.
Some landlords or landladies are just too wicked in this world as if they have never been a tenant before.
The ritualists are the worst, enter with millions and turn to be as poor as a church rat🤔

Some house owners are just cruel, paying before rent gets due hmmm.... And for the haunted houses ehn, may we not encounter unfortunate characterized houses o. E get why? 😂
