Self-Discipline and Effective Communication: Keys to a Successful Career Path
Having a good physical skill which involves technical or general skills can not be enough without having good soft skills like, time management, discipline, honesty, communication skills, and also several other skills. These are skills that can make one's career an easy-going and successful career that creates opportunities for the person.

Discipline has always been one of my core vital perceptions of success. I believe a disciplined man has a high chance of attracting successful people same also with an honest man, but in this world today, to become successful honesty is the last thing we need but the journey to success comes with taking a risk and also lieing to whom need to tell lies to, most people deserves the truth but some need to be lied to, to get what you want, this perspective is based on my observation and perspectives, this is why I take discipline above any other thing because a disciplined man is a man that has the potential of becoming great.
The aspects of Good communication are important for so many reasons because Good communication creates an opportunity for people to relate with you and also share their opinions and observations about things around you. Good communication does not necessarily mean keeping too many friends, we just have to learn to relate with people well and perfectly through that we can get to see more opportunities attached to it. Opportunities come from conversations and this depends on the kind of people we are surrounded with. Personally, when I see an influential person I make sure to try my best to relate with the person perfectly because through that I can get to see opportunities from the person, and also with my disciplined nature I will make sure to try and be consistent and focus in other to achieve the opportunity at hand at that moment.
Having good Self-discipline and effective communication helps us to stay focused this is why I will describe it as an infinite resource. Self-discipline simply means the ability to control yourself and overcome weakness, this could involve laziness, lack of focus, or failure to be consistent, but when we make up our minds to be focused on a dream and goal we want to achieve we will a hive it, while effective communication helps to attract opportunities that will make dreams successful which is the reason why we need to be focused and self-discipline because this two a the real stepping stone to every career path.
I would prefer to master these two skills before any other physical or technical skills because these two create opportunities for people. Soft skills shouldn't be underrated, being skillful ain't enough, especially in this competitive job market. We need to be actively equipped with good soft skills like discipline and effective communication, through that more opportunities can come in ahead, these are skills are look forward to having ahead of my career journey in other to be prepared for the future and more opportunities to come.
