Reflection On My Transportation World

My major means of transportation is by road since I don’t have any urgent need to board a Flight or travel by sea to a location, not that I can’t afford it but I haven't have an urgent need to do so. I stay in Lagos Nigeria,the most busy and richest City in Nigeria. Most states and some African countries come to Lagos to work and be productive.

I admire the looks of planes from far up in the sky. My first experience with a plane was in my secondary school days when we went for an excursion to a popular airport in my state. We were allowed to enter to see the inside but told not to touch anything. I saw how comfortable the seats were, and how perfect the interior was, this was one of my happiest unforgettable moments. I have also been on a train from Lagos to another state, and I also find the train comfortable, but I would prefer a Flight.

My Fantasy about Transportation

I have always fantasized about a lot of things even though I am less creative and knowledgeable about those things. About transportation, I have fantasized majorly on two things which are a “Flying Car” and a “Submarine car”

Flying Car
Rumors and Facts have made my thoughts go the extra mile to understand the importance of having a car that can fly, and how it can benefit us and everyone. I have always questioned the existence of this perception because I see a lot of pictures relating to it. I would love to see this real in reality and not virtual. If this exists then this will be my dream car. Having a car that can fly to any distance not even considering traffic, potholes roads, or bushy roads.

Submarine Car
Having a submarine car will also be great whereby we can transport ourselves from different place to another by sea through our personal Car or sea bus. Although this is one of the hardest means of transportation to construct, I love the sea and water. I can't imagine how many beautiful fish and sea animals will be in the water while we are traveling. I would love sea Cars or Buses to exist.

My Common means of transportation
There are several means of transportation by road in Lagos, Nigeria due to the high population of people in the City. We often tend to squeeze ourselves or struggle to board a bus unlike other states, and this depends on the vicinity. In Lagos, we have the Highland and the Mainland. The Highland is commonly occupied by the rich, and exclusive people, on the highland their way of transportation is by taking “Uber”, “Bolt”, “Rida” and several difficult types of fast ride apps. This app helps them to get easy access to transportation. While on the Mainland we tend to struggle for buses or cars. The mainland is often occupied by the average or struggling Nigerians. I also stay on the Mainland.

This big type of bus can carry more than 10 passengers here. The bus is mostly used for long-distance travel, if this bus was going interstate then it would be painted white color, but the yellow color is limited to Lagos and a sign of registration and approval.

This bus can contain below 10 passengers. It is my most common means of road transportation as it can be easy and more comfortable.
