Reflecting On My Phone Virtual Lifestyle

My little brother will always say “My phone, My life”, because he is always on his phone even during school hours. Our phones can be used to define the kind of person we are. Most people tend to spend more time on their phones than in real life just like me, I spend most of my time on the phone because I am always at home and I barely have friends. Due to distance and diversity of activities, I often communicate with friends on the phone either through calls or messages.

My phone can be used to cheer up my mood and also to distract my thoughts depending on which application I engage in. There are some major applications I am always on every day regardless of how scheduled or how busy I might be. My mom will often tell my brother and me that “Phones are a distraction”, but I am always against this thought and explain to her that it depends on what activities or which applications we engage in. My mom often hops on WhatsApp or Facebook, to greet her old school friends or colleagues the same as my dad also, but my dad tends to spend more time on YouTube and Reading of news but to me, the phone is more than that.

Due to overpopulation and lack of jobs in my Country Nigeria, being a graduate with no job has not been easy, but to ease this depression and thoughts I spend more time on my phone on some applications which I will be sharing with you all.

• Whatsapp; I spend most of my time on WhatsApp because I have friends I greet and check up on. I also read the news and watch the latest updates on WhatsApp. Presently I am learning a real estate social media marketing customer relation job on WhatsApp now. WhatsApp makes it very easy to communicate with friends with less cost involved.

• Games; I love playing games both on Systems and and phones also. I love Warzone games. I even have a PS4 that If I am bored I play frequently. I also play 8pool games because I love snooker even though I can't play it perfectly in real life. I play both games almost every day, especially at night. Game have been my healing medicine from depression. Most times the situation and hardship of my country may be affecting my thoughts and leading to depression but during situations like this I engage in games to get distracted from this thought.

• Twitter, TikTok, and Inleo Thread; Although the three of them have different characteristics of functionalism, I engage in Twitter to catch up latest updates of news and earning platforms, most specifically airdrops and mining. I am always updated on TikTok to see the latest movie threads and whats latest short videos that can make me laugh or learn creatively.

I engage in the Inleo thread by reading and commenting on different threads. One major thing I love about Inleo is that it allows us to make threats, see videos, and hear people's opinions on the hive blockchain web3.

• I also often engage on Peakds to write my post and earn also, Thanks to Peakd and Inleo, I have been able to work and earn online every day for posting about my lifestyle and everything about me. I am also on telegram to follow airdrops updates, and mine also through telegram. I read the news and the latest updates on Chrome also.

Above all, I love Hive inleo, as this has been an opportunity for me to earn from home even with the lack of job situations and every struggle around. I often spend more time on inleo every day because I need to post, write, comment, and vote daily.
