Reflecting On My Habit To Inner Peace

Having a good personality wisdom and understanding can make a person know his or her potential and capabilities. It took me time to understand this, before we can move forward or attempt to help others we must first learn to study ourselves and understand what we a capable of both the good and bad. I know myself to be very non-compliant over things around me because when I was little I was very gentle and couldn't care less about anything and this made me grow with it, presently I live in my mind.

Before we can understand what hives us in er peace we must first understand ourselves very well. There are things I enjoy doing there are things I love doing and there are also things I had doing or being found doing such. This aspect of life makes us know about our passionate color and true identity. I hate, arguments, or getting teased because I live inside my mind and I overthink too much which makes me get angry over little things, I also hate being cheated on and being lied to, there are so many things I hate that I try to avoid being this can affect my inner peace, having a good rest of mind is the best decision we can make for ourselves.

There are some things I do that help me when my inner peace gets invaded by an external experience or distracted by someone around me or probably when I am overwhelmed by things happening around me or overthinking over little things.

  • Listening to Music: Personally I believe Music is the key to inner peace, even when a baby cries and hears a sweet melody song, the cry will reduce, music hits deeper in the mind and helps soften our hearts. If I am sad I try listening to songs, to help me out and at the end of it I probably sleep off, To me music is my state of peace, my medicine to inner peace.

  • Good Meal: Yes I know, I love food so much but I am not a foodie, food is also my source of inner peace, and the kind of good feelings that come after eating good meals are very pleasant. Having a good meal also helps for my inner peace.

  • Being NonChallance: I do this thing very commonly not even knowing I do it and it has helped me, because I know I am an overthinker and I don’t want to be distracted by little things around me, And for me, this is the best counter-productive act someone can excersise to having inner peace. Although being nonchalant has its own positive and negative aspects this is my own opinion and actions to inner peace.

  • Avoid Distraction: I try as much as possible to avoid distractions and always stay focused on whatever I am doing this is the best decision I can ever make for myself because I know the world can be very harsh and cruel, especially to a man struggling to come up.
