How I Overcome laziness

Lately, I have been too comfortable doing nothing; all I do is just sit, watch movies, and relax. Deep down in my mind, I have been trying to kill laziness, but I find myself so comfortable in not doing anything that I often even procrastinate about the necessary things I need to do in my daily living. Getting up from bed seemed really very hard for me because I was often always feeling tired.

I am a man more focused on his future goals, but in every stronghold, there is always a weakness, and I will say laziness is one of my weaknesses. Reading so many inspirational books and watching movies made me realize that laziness wasn't a good approach to life; I needed to be more active and focused on my life goals. These past few days, I know of how many opportunities and training I have lost because of this act of laziness in terms of jobs and also crypto future signals.

I have studied myself and discovered my weaknesses; going further, there are some approach measures I take to reduce this act of laziness in me.

  • Stop procrastinating; This is one major act of laziness that need to be studied, presently if I get engaged with any task or anything, I do it immediately except the task will take a lot of my time, so I create time to do it, I feel this is the foundation of laziness because I noticed when I started taking steps like this I became more focussed and less distracted. I remember how it was even hard to do house chores instead I preferred lying down on my bed to doing anything, I often procrastinated to do it late but failed to do it, but when I stopped procasting everything seemed so easy and I did everything fast then when I am done I relax my mind and great again.

  • Exercises regularly: This looks unreal to believe, but trust me, exercise reduces the act of laziness. I have studied myself to believe this trait. I notice when I engage in exercise, I become active in doing other things and find it interesting to do and more engaging. I engage in basketball sport and also work out at home since I can't afford the gym for now, and this has really helped me reduce the act of laziness. I am a young guy more obessesed

These are the two major ways how I overcame laziness, and now I can do my house chores with ease without any mental disturbance or procrastination, and that does not even stop me from doing other things either. Sometimes engaging in this is not easy but I just have to do it till when I adapt because my body prefers to rest but my mind is too focused on so many goals

Laziness is an act from the mind; if we can't overcome it in our mind, then it will be very hard to overcome it physically; we must first learn to make up our minds before we do anything and find comfort or happiness in whatever we do.
