How I Felt After Being Lied Upon

Most times I try to stay calm and act nonchalant because I understand myself to be slow to anger so I just try to avoid the unnecessary drama that may cause an uproar, especially within my friends and family but some People take this simplicity for stupidity.

I often pay attention to every small detail and words hurt me deeply when used in the wrong way, which can spoil my mood for the whole day. Having friends around is a good thing but having friends that those not trust you regardless of how long both of you have stayed together or both of you have known each other is a very bad thing. I once wrote about my friend on Hive (Tunde) how he was accused of stealing his phone and it was his younger brother who took the phone to his mom's shop to go play games and also put the phone on airplane mode because the little boy knew his brother was going to be calling him, this little scenario broke a 3 years friends trust that we no longer look at each other face again or attempt to talk to each other because I have never been that much embarrassed by anyone, I felt so ashamed that I did not even know what to do at that moment.

Being wrongfully accused is something everyone must have been through in one case or the other, some could be stealing, some snatching, snitching, lying, and several other scenarios. I have never blamed anyone for anything as far as I did not see you with it, so I can never blame anyone for anything, instead, I see the fault and the reason why the person is doing that thing wrongfully.

It's an awful feeling to be blamed for what you did not do and that someone still arguing about it, I know of some of my female friends who would have cried if they experienced such a thing, I don't ever want to wish this on my enemies especially when in market environs, African market can be very risky when being called upon over a theft case, these people are ready to burn down anyone that has a case with them, they call it jungle justice because they believe police cases are out of mercy for people, so they wish to take laws I to their hands.

I was once been accused in my class of stealing a friend's food, but this has been long in my basic 6 years, just because we ate together and sat at the same table, I was too gentle and very young to understand this thing back then but later I started to understand so many things, it was very painful then to be accused of something I did not know about, later the next day the mom came and apologize that the son forgot to take his food flask and apologize to the teacher, I felt so bad then because eyes were on that moment, like I was the only thief in the class that moment, but thank Goodness I was later proofed wrong.
