Growth Mindset

My growth and maturity mindset didn't start at my age or with my experience, it began when I was able to make decisions for myself, even though it wasn't in my comfort zone. Growth in general does not just mean development, but it also means a journey to self-awareness and development.

I knew I was matured and a little grown the moment I could handle complex situations tha@ other breakdown handling especially under pressure but being compose not to be Swain away by the problems or situations then. I wouldn't say I am completely mature, but I am confident that I tend to make decisions that do not just suit me but also for the comfort of everyone around me.

I grew up in a community and societies where we were taught to be greedy in making decisions not just for ourself but also for people around but I did not succumb to this mentality or mindset, it is community and societies that peope tend to run away with eachother money for their greedy use but never have I thought of making such a decision especially to people I see that are struggling just like me.

To have a growth mindset in my perspective does not just mean b/ing wise or a genius, maturity does not only apply to wise people or geniuses but being able to make decisions that are best not just for oneself but for others too. Our minds can be dangerous if all human were to follow their minds; that would be really dangerous. But one thing is certain: we tend to get opportunities to reflect on our thoughts and make the right choices that are best to solve that situation at that moment.

I am not rich yet but people tend to respect me, not because I am me, but because I make sure to dress well, compose myself, use nice perfume, get a nice haircut cut and also pick a style of conversation with people by being myself and not trying to impress or be like someone else. Honestly, dressing v really matters a lot, the aspect of people faking chatactter is se it as a act of foolishness, be yourself for real and if you make mistakes accept corrections from people and adjust, one thing about me is that I am never afraid to get insult from anyone that is why I always speak my mind and clear my conciousness even though it's a tough choice to make at that moment.

I also watched anime for fun and mature movies to learn and correct myself. We learn every day when we accept our mistakes; only a fool will think he is right in everything or the decisions they make.

My growth mindset is still a self-journey that I need to learn more, engaging in and reading Hive posts has also helped my mindset by reading different countries' perspectives and understanding the situations or incidents. Honestly, I really learn a lot from reading people's posts for real.

In conclusion, be yourself, never try to be like anyone else or think of impressing someone, always think of helping people, dress well, pick a style of communication, read and watch mature movies, learn different understandings and personalities from reading Hive contents.
